Oncology Access

ZENBEXUS™ Is Now Available at SortPak: Expanding Access. Keeping Oncology Teams Connected.

SortPak Rx, Inc. has ZENBEXUS (iberdomide) in stock as a limited-distribution pharmacy partner, with access coordination and SortPak Live keeping referring MIP and oncology teams connected.

An additional pathway to prescribed therapy

SortPak Rx, Inc.’s pharmacy division has gained access to ZENBEXUS™ (iberdomide) as a limited-distribution pharmacy partner. The medication is in stock, and our team is ready to support eligible patients, referring oncology practices, and health-plan members.

For a patient waiting for treatment, a prescription is the beginning of the medication journey. Coverage approvals, dispensing requirements, affordability, and delivery arrangements all need to come together.

SortPak brings those steps into a coordinated pathway—with the treating oncology team remaining involved throughout the process.

About ZENBEXUS and Bristol Myers Squibb

ZENBEXUS is an oral prescription medicine from Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS). It is approved in combination with daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj and dexamethasone for adults with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior line of therapy that included a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulatory agent.

The indication received accelerated approval. Continued approval may depend on confirmation of clinical benefit in additional trials. ZENBEXUS is available through its restricted Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) program, with requirements that must be satisfied before dispensing.

When the MIP Needs Another Pathway

Not every Medically Integrated Pharmacy (MIP) has access to ZENBEXUS through its limited-distribution network.

Even when a MIP has product access, insurance restrictions or reimbursement challenges may prevent it from dispensing an individual patient’s prescription.

SortPak offers an additional pathway when the patient’s coverage and applicable dispensing requirements allow.

Our team welcomes referrals from MIPs and oncology offices in either situation. We review the available pathway, coordinate the necessary requirements, and communicate with the referring team about what needs to happen next.

The prescription may need to move outside the practice. The connection to the oncology team should remain.

A Referral Should Open a Pathway—not Close the Conversation

The MIP and oncology office already understand the patient’s treatment plan. SortPak works alongside that team to carry the medication journey forward.

Our support includes:

  • Benefits and coverage review: Determine the available dispensing pathway and identify insurance requirements.
  • Prior authorization coordination: Work with the prescribing office on required information and approvals.
  • REMS coordination: Help coordinate applicable program requirements before dispensing.
  • Affordability support: Explore available assistance opportunities for eligible patients.
  • Delivery planning: Coordinate shipment once clinical, coverage, and dispensing requirements are complete.

The treating clinicians continue to direct therapy. SortPak supports the access, dispensing, and communication needed around that plan.

SortPak Live: Your Patient, Still in View

Sending a prescription to SortPak should not mean losing sight of its progress.

Through SortPak Live, authorized MIP and oncology-office staff can follow their referred patients and communicate directly with the SortPak team.

  • Prior authorization status to follow coverage progress and outstanding requirements.
  • Case notes to understand access issues and the next steps being coordinated.
  • Order status and delivery dates to support visibility and treatment planning.
  • Direct messaging to ask questions, share updates, and coordinate follow-up.

Access is limited to authorized users and the patients within their permitted scope. The portal supports collaboration while clinical decisions remain with the treating team.

From Medication Availability to a Connected Patient Journey

For health plans and oncology practices, access means more than knowing a medication is on the shelf. It means understanding who is coordinating the prescription, what requirements remain, and how the patient’s care team can stay informed.

SortPak combines ZENBEXUS availability, pharmacy support, and SortPak Live visibility to help connect those steps.

Whether a MIP lacks product access or needs an alternative for a particular prescription, our team is ready to review the referral and determine whether SortPak can help.

The dispensing location may change. The patient’s connection to the oncology team should continue.
