01. What is SortPak?
SortPak Pharmacy makes taking your medications easier by sorting your doses for you and sending them to your door. We individually package each dose based on the time and day you will be taking your medication. We provide all types of prescriptions, free delivery, and 24/7 pharmacist access.
02. How do I get started?
Getting started is quick and easy. Simply call 877.570.7787 or sign up online. We only need minimal information, and we’ll take care of all the details so you don’t have to.
03. Can SortPak provide non-pill medications: Creams, Gels, Ointments, Inhalers, and Sprays?
Yes, SortPak is a full-service pharmacy and can provide all medications.
04. Can SortPak also sort my vitamins?
Yes. Just let us know which vitamins you take, and we can sort them along with your daily medications.
05. What’s the difference between SortPak and SyncPak?
SortPak provides daily doses of your medication in individual pouches that are organized according to the time and day you need to take them. SyncPak provides your medications every 1-3 months in a box that contains traditional prescription containers as well as non-pill prescriptions like ointments, inhalers, and sprays. You start with SyncPak, and then graduate to SortPak (if you want to) after your medication timing is synchronized.

When can I speak to a pharmacist?
You can speak to our pharmacists 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Please call us anytime you have questions about your medication at 877.570.7787.
How long does it take for you to deliver my medications?
We will arrange a delivery with you as soon as we process your medications. We will set up a date and time that is convenient for you to accept your delivery.
Can I pick up my medications?
Yes, you can pick up your medications and meet our friendly pharmacy staff.

01. Will I be charged for this service?
SortPak is free of charge, with free delivery. It is our pleasure to help you sort your medications.
02. Are you contracted with all insurances?
We accept all health insurances. For any questions, please give us a call and we can confirm that we will be able to accept your insurance.
03. What are my copays?
Your copays remain the same. For any questions, please give us a call and we can check to see what your copay will be.
04. How can I sign up?
Signing up is simple. You can click on Get Started (below) and fill out the information, or you can call us at 877.570.7787 to sign up with one of our patient care coordinators. We’ll take care of the rest.
05. Can I authorize family members to help with the process?
Absolutely. We cater to families and caregivers as well as patients, and we love to speak to family members.
