Help using SortPak’s website and online services.
SortPak is working to make its website accessible to people with disabilities. Our technical accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an ongoing effort; it is not a claim that every page or third-party service has been independently verified to meet that target.
Using this website
You can use a keyboard to move through links and controls, use the “Skip to content” link, and enlarge content with your browser’s zoom controls. The site respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. The decorative mountain video, where available, has a pause control.
Forms and other services
Get Started and Refill use SortPak’s website forms and submit to Jotform for processing. Jotform’s verification and confirmation screens, and the separate SortPak Live portal, are provided through other services. These complete journeys still need manual assistive-technology testing.
